★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei nessa loja porque o meu iPhone 13 estava travado com a tela sem responder nenhum comando. Não conseguia desligar nem fazer nada. Sabia que seria algo simples. A pessoa que me atendeu não soube ajudar e disse que eu teria que deixar o aparelho por pelo menos uma hora e meia e pagar $250 reais. Fui embora obviamente sem fazer nada. Chegando em casa procurei a solução na internet, que levou 30 segundos. Ou seja, de duas uma: a loja não tem profissionais capacitados ou simplesmente tentam se aproveitar dos clientes.
Deixo aqui as instruções simples de como desbloquear um iPhone 13: apertar o botão volume pra cima, depois volume pra baixo e em seguida apertar o botão lateral direito e deixar apertado até que o telefone desligue e ligue novamente. Magic!
 I went to this store because my iPhone 13 was stuck with the screen without responding to any commands. Couldn't turn it off or do anything. I knew it would be something simple. The person who answered me couldn't help and said that I would have to leave the device for at least an hour and a half and pay $250 reais. I obviously left without doing anything. When I got home, I looked for the solution on the internet, which took 30 seconds. In other words, one of two things: the store does not have trained professionals or they simply try to take advantage of customers.
I leave here the simple instructions on how to unlock an iPhone 13: press the volume up button, then volume down and then press the right side button and keep it pressed until the phone turns off and on again. Magic!
