★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ! O Sr. Jorge , proprietário, não sabe o que é atendimento ao cliente, gritou no telefone . As 8 molas que foram trocadas não ficaram boas , e , mesmo na garantia , eles se recusam a enviar um profissional para reparar o serviço ! Fracasso total !
 Terrible attendance ! Mr. Jorge, the owner, doesn't know what customer service is, he shouted over the phone. The 8 springs that were changed were not good, and even under warranty, they refuse to send a professional to repair the service! Total failure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar fui bem atendida minhas portas ficaram ótimas, tive socorro de madrugada que é difícil achar um profissional nessas horas ninguém quer trabalhar na madrugada .por isso estou satisfeita com o compromisso deles com o cliente.
I have nothing to complain about I was well attended my doors were great, I had help at dawn that it is difficult to find a professional in those hours no one wants to work at dawn, so I am satisfied with their commitment to the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço muito bom .tava com a porta travada de madrugada liguei para um monte de serralheiro mais nem um quis me atender até que eu achei uma etiqueta colada na porta liguei e vieram em 30 min .resolveram meu poblema rápido e o preço ficou ecelente muito bom recomendo pra quem estiver com problema na porta
Service very good .tava with the door locked at dawn I called a lot of locksmith more nor one wanted to meet me until I found a sticker glued on the door I called and they came in 30 min. They solved my problem quickly and the price was very good very good I recommend to anyone who has a problem at the door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei ele (Jorge)para colocar uma porta, quebraram toda minha parede para colocar, reclamei que estava torto, depois tirou para consertar e até agora não apareceu e nem responde minhas mensagens , de profissional ele não tem nada, foi bem arrogante!!!
I hired him (Jorge) to put a door, they broke my entire wall to put it on, I complained it was crooked, then took it out to fix it and so far he hasn't shown up and he doesn't even answer my messages, he has nothing, he was really arrogant !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam! Disseram q trocaram as molas da porta e era mentira. Cobraram por molas novas e colocaram molas velhas. O dono ignorou minhas reclamações. Se não quiserem perder dinheiro não contratem o serviço deles. A lei deveria ser mais rigorosa com este tipo de empresa.
Run! They said they changed the springs of the door and it was a lie. They charged for new springs and put old springs. The owner ignored my complaints. If you do not want to lose money, do not hire them. The law should be more rigorous with this type of company.
