Ele fez o orçamento na quinta e ficou de ir fazer o serviço na sexta. Na sexta veio com uma historia de imprevisto, aceitei que fosse no sabado. Eu precisava de laudo do serviço e de NF, que ele tinha se comprometido a fazer. Paguei praticamente a vista e estou até hoje esperando o laudo. Fico até preocupada, porque se der algum problema na porta, com toda essa enrolação, me preocupa até saber se vao honrar a garantia. NÃO CONTRATO MAIS E TAMBÉM NÃO INDICO!!! BAD EXPERIENCE! Curled up.. The door wasn't opening and I was in a hurry because I was doing renovations. He made the budget on Thursday and was supposed to do the job on Friday. On Friday came with a story of unforeseen events, I accepted that it was on Saturday. I needed a report from the service and an NF, which he had committed to do. I practically paid the cash and am still waiting for the report to this day. I'm even worried, because if there's a problem at the door, with all this mess, it worries me until I know if they'll honor the guarantee. NO MORE CONTRACT AND ALSO DO NOT INDICATE!!!
