Nem todos que vão ao estabelecimento são técnicos, mas muitas das vezes vão comprar a pedido do técnico (o que aconteceu comigo), na minha opinião o que mais vale é a palavra de um técnico do que da balconista, se o técnico diz que a peça está errada pronto e acabou se não tem a que ele esta pedindo não tente empurrar outra no lugar, mesmo sendo original de outra marca, educação é tudo, não tinha necessidades dela mandar eu trocar de técnico me questionando se ele já teria testado outros componentes, enfim acho justo uma reclamação para melhorar o atendimento. Eu sou menos 1 cliente.
