★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi bem ruim. Fechei o pedido no dia 14/11. A promessa foi de instalar no fim da outra semana, ou no começo da semana do dia 25. Liguei e mandei msg desde o dia 21 e nada do Paulo atender ou responder qualquer coisa. No dia 22 fui até a loja e o Paulo não estava, deixei recado e não obtive retorno. No dia 26 consegui falar com o Paulo solicitando uma posição, e o mesmo falou que seria no final da semana. Cobrei por uma promessa que ele mesmo fez, e o mesmo começou a dar muitas desculpas. Acho que deveria ter mais respeito com o cliente. Não prometa algo que não consegue cumprir. A falta de palavra me deixa bem. nervosa. E pode ter certeza que não recomendarei a ninguém.
