★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor experiência em atendimento online que já tive em toda minha vida e ponto! Entendo que com alta demanda os lojistas nem sempre conseguem dar toda atenção no atendimento a distância. Porém, na Portal Game X eu tive um atendimento excepcional! Foi dada toda atenção do mundo, o preço que já estava mais barato que a concorrência foi ainda melhorado para fechar negocio. Nisso eles já me ganharam como cliente. E no meu caso como sou colecionador prezo pelos cuidados com o item. E consegui receber um item raríssimo em estado de novo praticamente. Hoje isso é super super difícil de acontecer.
Recomendo a todos que estão conhecendo a loja agora, pois são pessoas sérias , honestas e dispostas a trabalhar dando o seu melhor ( o que nos dias de hoje está super difícil de encontrar, um bom atendimento).

The best online service experience I've ever had in my entire life and period! I understand that with high demand, shopkeepers are not always able to give full attention to remote service. However, at Portal Game X I had exceptional service! It was given all the attention in the world, the price that was already cheaper than the competition was even improved to close the deal. In that they already won me as a customer. And in my case, as I am a collector, I appreciate the care of the item. And I managed to receive a very rare item in practically new condition. Today this is super super hard to happen.
I recommend it to everyone who is getting to know the store now, because they are serious people, honest and willing to work giving their best (which these days is super hard to find, good service).
