★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi imediato, tomei um cafezinho, e já estava pronto, havia um ruído
no protetor de cárter, em outro carro foi check de Bateria e troca de lâmpadas gratuitamente. Por isso escolho sempre a Porto Seguro.
The service was immediate, I had a cup of coffee, and it was ready, there was a noise
in the sump protector, in another car it was a battery check and light bulb replacement for free. That's why I always choose Porto Seguro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, levei o carro para uma verificação no sistema de injeção pois o mesmo estava com alto consumo de combustível. Foi um dia inteiro para fazer o diagnóstico e dois dias para fazer a troca de velas, bobinas e limpeza dos bicos. No terceiro dia que estava lá me ligam para dizer que pediram a bobina errada e que a certa era mais de 200 reais a mais do que tinham orçado!!!! Mas ainda estava na parte boa, pois após retirar o carro, depois de 3 dias lá, ele começou a mostrar várias mensagens de anomalia. Inclusive no sistema de injeção!!!! Além de anomalia na caixa de câmbio e no regulador de velocidade. E o piloto automático e limitador de velocidade que entraram lá funcionando não fucionam mais. Hoje levei o carro de volta lá, passou o dia inteiro e não fizeram nada!!!! Falaram que o técnico que consegue verificar isso só poderia fazer isso amanhã as 10h!!!! 4 dias perdidos, viagem cancelada, aborrecimento e problema não resolvido....
Bad experience, I took the car for a check on the injection system because it had high fuel consumption. On the third day that I was there, they called me to say that they ordered the wrong coil and that the right one was more than 200 reais more than they had budgeted for!!!! But it was still on the good side, because after removing the car, after 3 days there, it started to show several anomaly messages. Including the injection system!!!! In addition to a malfunction in the gearbox and speed governor. And the autopilot and speed limiter that got there working no longer work. Today I took the car back there, spent the whole day and they did nothing!!!! They said that the technician who can verify this could only do it tomorrow at 10 am!!!! 4 days lost, trip canceled, annoyance and unresolved problem....
