Má disposição no atendimento, olhou pra outra moça e trocaram sorrisos irônicos, como quem diz: são pobres e não podem pagar. Amamos os materiais, podemos pagar, fechamos com uma loja próxima, no linha direta, onde fomos bem atendidos, vamos fechar toda porcelanataria do AP, quase 8 mil reais.
Enfim, essa mania vendedora de loja chique julgar pela aparência. Quem é pobre não recomendo nem passar na frente, pois são arrogantes no atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não foi ruim, no entanto, não existe clareza alguma e nenhuma transparência durante todo o processo. Ninguém informa valores e isso é péssimo. Essa falta de clareza em relação a valores dá a entender que a loja tem a única finalidade de atender pessoas endinheiradas que não se importam com os valores a pagar. Pedimos um orçamento com os pisos que escolhemos e não obtivemos sequer um retorno. Querem montar projetos de design antes mesmo de nos dar um posicionamento sobre valores. Enfim, não voltaria e não indicaria.
