Trocamos nosso carro (Ford Ka prata ano 16/2017) em março de 2020 por um Peugeot | 207 ano 2011 na POSH Veículos, com o vendedor Marcos.
Eu e meu esposo (Camila e Rafael) vamos deixar descrito aqui, tudo que já tivemos que gastar e o que tivemos que fazer com o Peugeot que pegamos na Posh:
Entregamos o Ford Ka em ordem (tirando uns amassados na porta do lado direito), andando, sem nenhum problema de motor e etc.
Só neste ano tivemos que trocar:
-A correia dentada que estava para estourar (abril-2020);
-Também o motor de três vidros do carro (foi só um agora pra travar - 1º vez foi em abril que simplesmente não subia mais e gastamos 120,00 no conserto, a 2º vez foi em outubro que também do nada não subia mais e gastamos 120,00 no conserto e a 3º vez agora no dia 11/12/2020 que não subia mais quando estávamos na padaria e tivemos que ir direto em um mecânico para arrumar 190,00 reais);
- Vai ser trocado o jogo da embreagem em janeiro de 2021 (coincidentemente amanhã);
-Esguicho de água do para-brisa (saía um fio de água);
-No dia 16/12/2020 o carro estava na mecânica por conta de um vazamento do freio no pneu traseiro e gastamos 120,00 no conserto.
E a história....Do Jogo de seta, que era pra ter vindo logo depois que pegamos o carro, pois não estava funcionando, aí ficamos inúmeras inúmeras vezes ligando e nada, só ouvindo desculpas. E claro, passou os três meses da garantia e nada. E aí? Vocês acham que eles ligaram pra nós? Para dar um retorno? Nada....Não ligaram, até agora não temos o jogo de seta. E isso era para estar em ordem quando pegamos o carro.
Vocês enganam os clientes, e até O PRÓPRIO MARCOS VENDEDOR DA LOJA, passou a procedência de extrema confiança e que o carro estava em ordem.
Muitos dos que estão lendo aqui, devem estar se perguntando, porque não forma na loja pra arrumar tudo isso? Porque, se nem o jogo de seta eles tiveram a capacidade de arrumar, eles não iam arrumar tudo isso, pois não foi uma e nem duas ligações, foram várias...
As reclamações estão registradas no Reclame Aqui e no Google também.
Não comprem nesta loja, está cheia de reclamações!

We traded our car (Ford Ka silver year 16/2017) in March 2020 for a Peugeot | 207 year 2011 at POSH Veículos, with the seller Marcos.
My husband and I (Camila and Rafael) are going to leave it described here, everything we already had to spend and what we had to do with the Peugeot we got from Posh:
We deliver the Ford Ka in order (removing some dent in the door on the right side), walking, without any engine problem and so on.
Only this year we had to change:
-The timing belt that was about to burst (April-2020);
-Also the car's three-pane engine (it was just one now to brake - 1st time it was in April that it simply didn't go up anymore and we spent 120.00 on the repair, the 2nd time was in October that it also didn't go up out of nowhere and we spent 120.00 in the repair and the 3rd time now on 12/11/2020 that did not go up when we were at the bakery and we had to go straight to a mechanic to get 190.00 reais);
- The clutch kit will be changed in January 2021 (coincidentally tomorrow);
-Water splash from the windshield (a trickle of water came out);
-On 12/16/2020 the car was in mechanics due to a brake leak in the rear tire and we spent 120.00 on the repair.
And the story ... Of the Arrow game, which was supposed to come right after we got the car, because it wasn't working, there we were countless times calling and nothing, just listening to excuses. And of course, the three-month warranty has passed and nothing. What's up? Do you think they called us? To give feedback? Nothing .... They didn't care, so far we don't have the arrow game. And that was supposed to be in order when we got the car.
You deceive the customers, and even MARCOS VENDEDOR DA LOJA, has come from an extremely reliable source and that the car was in order.
Many of those who are reading here, must be asking themselves, why not form in the store to fix all this? Because, if neither the arrow game they had the ability to fix, they wouldn't fix it all, because it wasn't one or two calls, there were several ...
Complaints are registered with Reclame Aqui and Google as well.
Don't shop at this store, it's full of complaints!

Cheguei na Posh, o hj amigo Tuco fez de tudo e conseguiu uma aprovação pra mim em um banco. Quando eu já estava perdendo a espectativa de comprar um carro por causa da dificuldade dos bancos não estarem me aprovando ele revirou por dois dias atraz de financiamento pra mim e enfim conseguiu .... Fiquei feliz demais.. Sem erro corre pra lá fazer negócio fora que a loja do homi e top supe aconchegante. Deus abençoe vcs
