★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um veículo nessa agência a um ano... só nesse período já gastei R$6.200 em reparos no carro (tenho nota de tudo!) E ainda tem coisa pra fazer! Me venderam um carro todo mexido!! Durante o período de garantia fiquei quase 1 mês sem o carro porque tinha que voltar na oficina que me indicaram toda semana, porque o problema não era resolvido! Agora tenho que ficar mais 3 anos com essa bomba até terminar de pagar o financiamento. Cheguei a falar que queria devolver o veículo e tive a seguinte resposta do vendedor Leonardo: você pode até tentar, mas garanto que não tem nem 1% de chance de conseguir isso na justiça!! Se vc pretende comprar um veículo nessa agência, só posso te desejar uma coisa: boa sorte!!

They sold me a car all mixed up !! During the warranty period, I had almost 1 month without the car because I had to go back to the garage that was indicated to me every week, because the problem was not solved! Now I have to spend another 3 years with this pump until I finish paying the financing. I even said that I wanted to return the vehicle and had the following response from the seller Leonardo: you can even try, but I guarantee you don't even have a 1% chance of getting it in court !! If you intend to buy a vehicle at this agency, I can only wish you one thing: good luck !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de pós venda é péssimo! Comprei um veículo e a chave reserva do carro veio trocada. Estou tentando pegar a chave correta e sempre enrolam....não há comunicação entre o vendedor Leônidas e o Daniel. Me disseram que tenho que aguardar, pois ligaram para o proprietário antigo e esse ficou de procurar mais uma vez a chave e não podem fazer "pressao". Não recomendo!
The after-sales service is terrible! I bought a vehicle and the spare car key was changed. I'm trying to get the correct key and they always mess up.... there is no communication between the salesperson Leônidas and Daniel. They told me that I have to wait, because they called the old owner and he had to look for the key again and they can't make "pressure". I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda, carro tinha uma multa, falaram que ia pagar, já tem mais de 2 anos e nada, não dão retorno, descaso total, agora estou tentando transferir o carro e não consigo por causa da multa.
Terrible after sale, car had a fine, they said they would pay, it's been more than 2 years and nothing, they don't give back, total neglect, now I'm trying to transfer the car and I can't because of the fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esperiência nesse lugar foi das péssimas pois comprei um carro nesse lugar e fui muito mal atendido lá. pois dei meu veículo de entrada e paguei oito mil e cem reais avista de volta, e com menos de 12 horas com o veículo que comprei, ele começou a dar vários problemas e levei o veículo de volta pra eles, e eles levaram no mecânico de confiança deles e a cada vez que ía voltava pior. Foi assim umas 5 vezes.ai então pedi pra desfazer o contrato e o dono de lá não quiz desfazer o contrato sendo que não tinha nem 24 horas que estava com o veículo e ele havia apresentado vários problemas. Falei pra ele que ia acionar a justiça pois estava no meu direito e ele falou pra mim que podia fazer isso pois não ia dar em nada pra eles. Empresa sem caráter nenhum nunca compre carro lá pois o prejuízo é o mais certo.

I told him I was going to take legal action because it was my right and he told me I could do that because it wouldn't do anything for them. Company with no character never buy a car there because the damage is the most certain.
