★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito e atenção com os pacientes, viajei 264 km para uma cirurgia que seria nesta data (28/01/21) as 11:00, somente ao chegar na clínica fiquei sabendo que a Dra Fernanda Osório, que faria a cirurgia não foi e somente a mesma poderia me atender, remarcaram para 30 dias depois.
O maior absurdo é que ligaram para confirmar a cirurgia e não ligaram pra cancelar, segundo os funcionários a Dra está com dengue.
Lack of respect and attention to patients, I traveled 264 km for a surgery that would be on this date (01/28/21) at 11:00, only when I arrived at the clinic did I know that Dr. Fernanda Osório, who would have the surgery was not and only the same could attend me, they rescheduled for 30 days later.
The biggest absurdity is that they called to confirm the surgery and didn't call to cancel it, according to the officials, Dra has dengue.
