★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de relatar minha indignacao com a falta de respeito de uma funcionária do posto Autotex chamada Liliane , ela estava com um uniforme de cor creme e achei até estranho porque estava escrito na blusa dela Grupo J Bretas.
Um frentista foi colocar gás porém vazou uma quantidade para fora antes de colocar no tanque,falei que teria que zerar já que foi uma quantidade para o ar. Ele foi grosso foi atender outro cliente e ficou fazendo hora para colocar gás para mim.
Fui até essa pessoa chamada Liliane que estava com camisa creme , escrito Grupo J Bretas e questionei quem era gerente ,porque o funcionário estava fazendo hora o abastecer. Ela super grossa disse que ela quem era gerente e que ele não estava fazendo hora , foi pegar a faca p trocar a borracha. Fiquei indignada, com tanta gente educada sem trabalho uma pessoa arrogante e grossa tratar assim um cliente . Logo depois ela veio ainda anotar a placa do meu carro . Estou perplexa com o atendimento deste posto . Nunca mais volto
I would like to report my indignation at the lack of respect of an Autotex employee named Liliane, she was in a cream colored uniform and I thought it was strange because it was written on her Grupo J Bretas shirt.
A gas station attendant went to put gas but it leaked a quantity out before putting it in the tank, I said that it would have to zero since it was a quantity for the air. He was rude and went to see another customer and spent hours to put gas for me.
I went to this person called Liliane, who was wearing a cream shirt, written Grupo J Bretas, and I questioned who was a manager, because the employee was making time to supply him. She super thick said that she who was the manager and that he was not working, went to get the knife to change the rubber. I was indignant, with so many educated people without work, an arrogant and thick person treating a customer like that. Soon after she came to write down my license plate. I am perplexed by the attendance of this post. I'll never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral posto de gasolina é para se abastecer e sair. Contudo, se a gente pede algo simples, como colocar água no reservatório vira um drama. Entendo cada alerta do frentista, mas tem que ter limite. Quando o cliente fala que deseja a água, é desconfortável a insistência pelo aditivo. Sugiro treinar os frentistas para que não insistam quando o cliente nega o produto.
In general, gas station is for getting gas and going out. However, if we ask for something simple, like putting water in the reservoir, it becomes a drama. I understand every alert from the attendant, but there has to be a limit. When the customer says he wants the water, the insistence on the additive is uncomfortable. I suggest training the attendants not to insist when the customer denies the product.

Very full. There is a totally unprepared and uneducated manager. Some helpful staff, but in the general context, service takes time!
