★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um ótimo serviço, mas com ressalvas. Seria interessante ter uma plaquinha de conscientização sobre o uso compartilhado da lavanderia. Infelizmente tem pessoas que não sabem usar as coisas comumente e utilizam TODAS as máquinas de uma vez, sendo que poderia usar até duas máquinas e deixar uma para quem chegar e utilizar também. Fica apenas essa dica.
 It's a great service, but with caveats. It would be interesting to have a plaque to raise awareness about the shared use of the laundry room. Unfortunately, there are people who don't know how to use things commonly and use ALL machines at once, and they could use up to two machines and leave one for those who arrive and use it too. Just this tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei da ideia, gostei do ambiente, gostei do equipamento, mas infelizmente não tinha sabão na máquina e minhas roupas saíram sujas. Se mantiverem os recipientes cheios regularmente, fica 100%.
I liked the idea, I liked the environment, I liked the equipment, but unfortunately there was no soap in the machine and my clothes came out dirty. If you keep the containers full regularly, it stays 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tranquilo o processo de lavagem e secagem. Ambiente tranquilo e calmo. Roupa sai muito macia e cheirosa. Limpa bem roupas normais. Roupas encardidas fica no médio. Até porque não faz milagres.
The washing and drying process is super easy. Peaceful and calm environment. Clothes come out very soft and fragrant. Cleans normal clothes well. Dirty clothes is in the middle. Because it doesn't work miracles.
