★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora só abasteço la, devido ser o único próximo a mim com a bandeira Ipiranga e também aceitar excard, tem um péssimo atendimento devido ao número de funcionários. O mal atendimento contribui para complicar o trânsito na região. O combustível é excelente. Vale ressaltar que não é por culpa dos funcionários, pois estes trabalham sobre pressão, que, segundo eles, o proprietário não contrata mais funcionários, exigindo que eles atuem em mais de uma bomba de uma só vez.?
Although I only supply it, due to being the only one close to me with the Ipiranga flag and also accepting an excard, it has a terrible service due to the number of employees. Poor service contributes to complicate traffic in the region. The fuel is excellent. It is worth mentioning that it is not the fault of the employees, as they work under pressure, which, according to them, the owner does not hire more employees, requiring them to act on more than one pump at once.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revoltado!!, fiz um abastecimento no dia 02/06/18 meu tanque estava na reserva e pedi para completar no dia seguinte começou os problemas, a luz da injeção acendeu e o carro está meio falhando como se estivesse abastecido com álcool no entanto, só faço abastecimento com gasolina. Vou rezar para o meu combustível acabar logo, aí vou em um posto de minha confiança e vou colocar uma gasolina aditivada. (Na minha opinião deve ter muita água nessa gasolina.)
Revoltado !!, I refueled on 02/06/18 my tank was in reserve and asked to complete the next day the problems started, the injection light turned on and the car is kind of failing as if it was filled with alcohol however, I only refuel with gasoline. I will pray for my fuel to run out soon, then I will go to a gas station I trust and I will add gasoline with additives. (In my opinion there must be a lot of water in this gasoline.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente o pior posto em termos de atendimento de bh!! Depois que o atual dono assumiu a gerência e mudou a equipe o atendimento piorou. Em um dia que parei pra abastecer, os frentistas queriam que eu colocasse meu carro em frente a outro que estava com bateria arriada, como eu estava com pressa e neguei o atendimento, eles se recusaram a me atender! Fui embora sem abastecer. Em outra oportunidade, parei para calibrar os pneus, e o que escutei que era somente para clientes, como não abasteci, não poderia calibrar os pneus. Ontem resolvi deixar tudo de lado e abastecer, como meu carro é grande, costumo parar com o bocal do tanque virado pra bomba de combustível. Os frentistas que estavam no local queriam de todo jeito que eu colocasse meu carro onde as mangueiras não alcançam, recusei por 3 vezes pois estava aguardando calmamente vagar o local mais fácil. Até que um dos novos frentistas veio na minha janela pra perguntar se eu estava esperando alguém e que se fosse pra abastecer era pra ir onde estava vago, Desisti, pois pra abastecer só passando a mangueira por cima do meu carro correndo risco de arranhar. Então desisto desse posto que ao invés de darbom atendimento para os clientes opta pelo lucro!!! Eu não volto mais lá.
Definitely the worst rank in terms of bh care !! After the current owner took over management and changed staff, the service got worse. One day I stopped to refuel, the attendants wanted me to put my car in front of another that had a low battery, as I was in a hurry and denied the service, they refused to attend me! I left without fueling. On another occasion, I stopped to calibrate the tires, and what I heard was for customers only, as I did not fill, could not calibrate the tires. Yesterday I decided to put everything aside and refuel, as my car is big, I usually stop with the nozzle of the tank facing the fuel pump. The attendants who were at the place wanted anyway to put my car where the hoses do not reach, I refused 3 times because I was calmly waiting to roam the easiest place. Until one of the new attendants came to my window to ask if I was expecting someone and if it was to fill was to go where it was vacant, I gave up, because to fill just by running the hose over my car at risk of scratching. So I give up this post that instead of giving good customer service opts for profit !!! I won't be back there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ combustível, muito menos do que cobram na bomba abasteci la hoje cedo coloquei 60 reais não rodei 50 km e o valor era de $5,90 o litro de etanol ,fui lesado e feio muita desonestidade com o cliente, 0 chance ,de eu voltar a abastecer nesse estabelecimento ????
fuel, much less than what they charge at the pump I filled it up earlier today I put in 60 reais I didn't drive 50 km and the value was $5.90 a liter of ethanol, I was injured and ugly a lot of dishonesty with the customer, 0 chance of me returning to supply at this establishment ????
