★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem (20/12) por volta das 16h fui ao Posto Central onde solicitei ao frentista R$100,00 de alcool (etanol) e pedi que o mesmo fizesse o favor de colocar água no reservatório de água de lavagem de vidro., momento em que abri o capô. Ao iniciar o abastecimento o frentista de forma equivocada estava colocando gasolina.. tendo interrompido quando chegou aos R$14,00. Em seguida começou o abastecimento de alcool, colocando apenas R$86,00. Questionei o frentista pois tinha solicitado R$100,00 de alcool, pedindo que o mesmo colocasse o que foi pedido. Ele questionou se eu pagaria os R$14,00 de gasolina que haviam sido colocados.
Informei que não pagaria, pois não era a primeira vez que isso acontecia neste posto. Cabe ao frentista ter atenção. O frentista insatisfeito com a resposta saiu para colocar água no reservatório. Desconfiada do comportamento do rapaz que ria ao encher o reservatório, ao sair do posto parei na rua de trás, acionei a alavanca de lavagem de vidro e não saiu água.
O que confirmou a desconfiança em relação ao rapaz. Então abri o capô e verifiquei que o rapaz tinha colocado ÁGUA ATÉ O TALO no reservatório de água do radiador, de forma proposital, pois assim meu carro ferveria e eu teria um prejuízo maior, já que me recusei a pagar os R$14,00 de gasolina que foram colocados equivocadamente.
Voltei o posto e solicitei contato com a gerencia, sendo informada que não havia gerente no posto. Quando comecei a narrar a situação, rapidamente o gerente que até então não existia apareceu.
Me levaram para o escritório do dono do posto, onde informei o ocorrido e como resposta recebi apenas a informação que poderia ficar tranquila que o rapaz seria demitido, mas não esse ano ainda. pois fim de ano é de muito movimento. REVOLTANTE.
Para piorar, trata-se de um reservatório de água que como todos sabem, não deve ser inserido água tradicional. O que ainda pode acarretar prejuízos para o meu veículo.
Yesterday (12/20) at around 4 pm I went to the Central Station where I asked the attendant for R$100.00 of alcohol (ethanol) and asked him to please put water in the glass washing water tank. I opened the hood. When starting the refueling, the attendant was mistakenly filling up with gasoline... having stopped when it reached R$14.00. Then began the supply of alcohol, putting only R$86.00. I questioned the attendant because I had requested R$100.00 of alcohol, asking him to put what was requested. He asked if I would pay the R$14.00 of gasoline that had been placed.
I informed them that I would not pay, as it was not the first time that this had happened at this post. It is up to the attendant to pay attention. The attendant dissatisfied with the answer went out to put water in the reservoir. Suspicious of the behavior of the boy who laughed as he filled the reservoir, when I left the station I stopped in the back street, activated the glass washing lever and no water came out.
What confirmed the distrust towards the boy. So I opened the hood and found that the guy had purposely put WATER UP TO THE STEM in the radiator water tank, because then my car would boil and I would have a bigger loss, as I refused to pay the R$14.00 of gasoline that have been misplaced.
I returned to the station and requested contact with the management, being informed that there was no manager at the station. When I started to narrate the situation, the manager who had not existed until then quickly appeared.
They took me to the station owner's office, where I reported what had happened and in response I received only the information that I could rest assured that the boy would be fired, but not this year. because the end of the year is very busy. REVOLTING.
To make matters worse, it is a water reservoir that, as everyone knows, should not be inserted into traditional water. What can still cause damage to my vehicle.
