★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três abastecimento e três experiências ruins. Frentistas ignorantes, o aplicativo para pagar acusando erro e eles simplesmente querendo que eu pagasse de outra forma. Depois me induziram ao erro, pedindo pra pra eu colocar uma opção de pagamento pra depois pagar com outra, porém não aceitaram a outra forma de pagamento. Resultado: perdi todo meu crédito que era de mais de 20 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senhores consumidores prestem muita atenção : a gerência desse posto , em específico , para atrair os clientes costumeiramente põe o preço da gasolina bem abaixo da concorrência aonde você está pagando por uma gasolina totalmente adulterada que no fim das contas o seu prejuízo inclui o elevado consumo de combustível bem como a deterioração total do motor do seu carro. Não abasteçam mais nesse referido Posto Ipiranga até porquê depois que você abastece eles não fazem o teste do seu combustível caso vocês busquem algum direito!
Divulguem esse informe pois vocês estão sendo roubados !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agora à tarde fui abastecer. O funcionario viu que o liquido do radiador estava sujo e se ofereceu para limpar e trocar. Disse-me que o litro custava 35 reais. Ja achei um absurdo, pois compro por 10 reais em lojas. Enfim, deixei colocar e o mesmo colocou 2 frascos de 500 ml. Notei que quando ele abriu a tampa do aditivo, o mesmo já estava com o lacre violado. O pior estava por vir: cobrou-me 70 reais. Disse ter se atrapalhado, era 35 reais cada frasco. Senti -me lesada. Perderam uma cliente.
No mesmo dia dessa postagem, a gerência do posto entrou em contato comigo e foi tudo resolvido. Obrigada, Sr. França, pelo bom atendimento ao cliente. O Senhor conseguiu apagar a antiga imagem através da sua educação e simpatia.
