A estrtutura de servicos terceirizados e departamentos ainda se instalando, no quesito de atendimento na bomba, fui muito bem atendido, o colaborador bem prestativo e atencioso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento para quem usa o Shell Box. Fui informada que depois das 22h não fazia abastecimento pelo aplicativo APENAS após já ter colocado a gasolina. O aplicativo não faz qualquer menção à limite de horário, sendo claramente uma decisão do dono. Que assim seja, então retire a placa de atendimento shellbox! Um absurdo, o que deveria ser uma facilidade virou uma dor de cabeça.
Bad service for those who use Shell Box. I was informed that after 22:00 I did not fill up through the app ONLY after I had already put the gas. The app makes no mention of the time limit, which is clearly a decision of the owner. So be it, then remove the shellbox service board! An absurdity, what should have been an ease turned into a headache.
