★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não poderia ter sido pior, fui ao Posto BR de Ilhabela CINCO VEZES para trocar o óleo do meu carro e não consegui, me pediram ir no dia seguinte, na parte da manhã, na parte da tarde.... depois de 5 tentativas resolvi ligar e falar com o responsável do Posto BR de Ilhabela, que por sinal, muito gosseira e mal educada ao telefone, me mandou procurar uma oficina mecânica, porque eles só trocam o óleo quando o movimento do posto está fraco!!! Essa é Ilhabela para os moradores! Lamentável!
My experience could not have been worse, I went to the BR Post in Ilhabela FIVE TIMES to change the oil in my car and I couldn't, they asked me to go the next day, in the morning, in the afternoon .... after 5 I tried to call and speak to the head of the Posto BR in Ilhabela, who by the way, very rude and rude on the phone, sent me to look for a mechanic, because they only change the oil when the movement of the station is weak !!! This is Ilhabela for the residents! Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto de Combustível com bandeira BR e boa qualidade porém os preços são elevados. Fiquei decepcionado com o atendimento prestado no posto, os funcionários normalmente atendem com desânimo, contudo, o pior veio no dia que pedi para usar o banheiro do mesmo, onde me responderam que o posto não tinha banheiro, ao questionar como eles faziam para ir ao banheiro, um dos frentistas respondeu que usava o poste.
Gas station with BR flag and good quality but prices are high. I was disappointed with the service provided at the post, the employees usually answer with dismay, however, the worst came on the day I asked to use the bathroom of the same, where they replied that the post did not have a bathroom, when I asked how they did to go to the bathroom, one of the attendants replied that he used the pole.
