★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui no posto de gasolina da shel que fica no jardim Satélite , eu utilizei o aplicativo shel box pela primeira vez, mas teve um funcionário chamado Thiago, que me atendeu super bem e soube me orientar muito bem também sobre como utilizar as vantagens do aplicativo... satisfeito por um bom atendimento ???

Estou aqui desde 7:33 e agora às 7:53 que fui atendido. Só há um frentista que está trocando óleo, colocando água e abastecendo apenas um veículo. Péssimo atendimento!
20 min waiting to be served
I've been here since 7:33 and now at 7:53 I was answered. There is only one gas station attendant who is changing oil, adding water and filling only one vehicle. Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um abastecimento de gasolina e pedi para completar o tanque. Para a minha surpresa, a bomba apontava pouco mais de 54 litros abastecidos.
Meu carro, porém, tem capacidade máxima de 52 litros. Conferi, inclusive, a informação no manual do meu carro. Em outros abastecimentos parecidos, nunca havia passado de 50 litros na bomba (outros postos).
Conversei com o gerente que me falou que iria procurar ver vídeos nas câmeras e entraria em contato para esclarecer. Até hoje não recebi um retorno (20 dias após).
Não recomendo, definitivamente, este posto.
I filled up with gas and asked to fill the tank. To my surprise, the pump pointed to just over 54 liters filled.
My car, however, has a maximum capacity of 52 liters. I even checked the information in my car manual. In other similar supplies, there had never been more than 50 liters at the pump (other stations).
I talked to the manager who told me that he would try to see videos on the cameras and would get in touch to clarify. To this day I have not received a response (20 days later).
I definitely do not recommend this post.
