★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do pessoal da linha de frente, (frentistas) é ótimo. Parte administrativa é péssima. Principalmente a parte de estacionamento,pois eles cobram mas não dá nenhuma garantia pra quem paga estádia. Se tiver prejuízo com o veículo eles vão tentar de tudo pra não pagar.
The service provided by the front-line staff (attendants) is great. Administrative part is terrible. Mainly the parking part, as they charge but there is no guarantee for those who pay for the stay. If there is a loss with the vehicle, they will try everything not to pay.

Em uma semana fui trocar o óleo do carro, e avisei que seria a troca de óleo, com filtro de óleo, mais filtro de ar e mais filtro de combustível. Quando ele tirou o oleo do carter do motor, ele avisou que não tinha os filtros. Foi reclamar com o gerente que ainda tirou uma onda com a minha cara. Paguei o óleo por um App chamado pic pay. Hoje, 22/12/2021 fui abastecer utilizando o aplicativo, e uma moça sem educação não esperou o App concluir o ciclo para abastecer e começou a abastecer, na hora de pagar o App não funcionou, pois ela não esperou o sistema ser liberado, resumindo disse que minha internet estava fraca e que o posto não aceitava pic pay. Péssimo de verdade. Gosto de abastecer em posto shell, porém em Cubatão um bom posto é o Petrobras da nove de abril. Profissionais treinados e ducados.

I paid for the oil through an App called pic pay. Today, 12/22/2021 I went to refuel using the app, and a girl with no education did not wait for the App to complete the cycle to refuel and started refueling, when paying, the App did not work, as she did not wait for the system to be released, in short I said that my internet was weak and that the post did not accept pic pay. Really bad. I like to fill up at a shell station, but in Cubatão a good service is Petrobras on the 9th of April. Trained professionals and duchies.
