★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima mau atendimento funcionários preocupados fugir do serviço demora muito para atender, sempre abasteci neste posto que atendia muito bem agora com novos donos piorou muito.

E ao observar o funcionário, ele diz que não é função dele controlar isto... E de quem é? Daqueles que pacientemente esperam por vezes 10 a 15 minutos para serem atendidos ????

Atendentes desinteressados (inclusive o chefe deles que entra as 6:00hs) pedi um gasolina comum, colocaram aditivada e o chefe dos frentistas me diz que eu deveria ter visto. Pensa num atendente ruim entrando as 6:00hs no sábado e já começa fazendo lambança. Pois é, este é o nível do que vai encontrar por lá. Demorado, combustível de qualidade duvidosa, atendimento péssimo (mas péssimo mesmmmmoooo) Não recomendo, não retorno nunca mais e contei para todo que trabalham comigo próximos na região da Berrini para jamais abastecerem neste posto. A Shell deveria descredenciá-los. Muito ruim. Péssimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganada não uma, mas três vezes ao abastecer neste posto. Fui abastecer, pedi para completar com etanol comum, eu sempre pago pelo app Shell Box. Quando vi no app eles tinham colocado etanol aditivado. Reclamei e eles falaram que o comum havia acabado e ele esqueceu de me avisar. Isso ocorreu três vezes, no início achei de fato que o frentista tinha esquecido, mas depois da terceira vez, foi demais. O combustível já está nas alturas e este posto ainda engana o consumidor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, por volta das 15:00hrs fui abastecer no Auto Posto Shell Dutrão e no início do abastecimento o frentista (supostamente Alexsandro) disse que já tinha colocado R$ 30,00 de diesel S10 e a bomba travou. Que iria reiniciar a marcação - eu disse ok, mas eu estava dentro do carro e não conseguia ver direito a bomba.
Ao término do abastecimento o valor deu o normal que dá para encher o tanque, paguei o que tinha dado na bomba (nessa segunda vez supostamente) e antes de pagar os R$ 30,00 adicionais eu pedi para ver no sistema onde constava em aberto esse abastecimento inicial de R$ 30,00.
Ele foi comigo até o terminal e disse: é, não está constando aqui esse abastecimento inicial! Tudo bem então!
Ou seja, se eu não tivesse sido diligente para buscar confirmar a tentativa de cobrança adicional, ele teria me cobrado R$ 30,00 a mais.
Reclamei na hora, o suposto gerente se solidarizou e etc, mas não me pareceu genuíno.
Parece ser algo estruturado em termos de fraude nesse posto! Muita cautela pessoal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre se for abastecer pela manhã eles sempre dizem que não tem gasolina comum e querem empurrar gasolina aditivada, o qual hoje pedi para fazerem os testes e o gerente simplesmente não me atendeu e o frentista disse que estava ocupado para isso. Bem a cara de um posto que não tem respeito com o cliente. Na última vez que coloquei o tal do etanol aditivada meu carro ficou um lixo, sem falar que de todas as vezes que abasteci a moto com gasolina aditivada tive problemas e é notório que é adulterada. Pessoal, peçam para fazer o teste de volume e de qualidade vocês serão ignorados. Do que adianta ter preço baixo se a gasolina é ruim e o atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo.
