Precisei de um serviço devido a problemas no meu alarme e foram muito prestativos, resolveram o problema na hora e a peça que eles não tinham, chegou no dia seguinte. Fizeram todo o serviço em menos de 20 minutos e deixaram melhor do que estava antes do problema. Recomendado!
Excellent service, all very attentive. I needed a service due to problems with my alarm and they were very helpful, they solved the problem on the spot and the part they didn't have arrived the next day. They did all the work in less than 20 minutes and left it better than it was before the problem. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uns meses atras 4 alto falantes e com o tempo os mesmo parara de funcionar decidi então voltar até o Batata Som e pedir pra darem uma olhada ! ( as vezes pode ter soltado um fio ou sei la ) e ao conversar com o atendente um Senhor ele me disse que não seria possivel ninguem ir dar uma olhada pois no momento estavam tds ocupados ! Achei isso uma desfeita e tremenda falta de educação com o cliente uma atitude que desmontrou descasso total com o cliente me senti mto mal ! Pessimo atendimento deste senhor de cabelo grisalho!
I bought a few months ago 4 loudspeakers and in time the same stopped working I decided then to go back to the Sound Potato and ask to have a look! (sometimes he could have let out a thread or know it) and when talking to the attendant a Lord he told me that it would not be possible for anyone to go and have a look because at the moment they were all busy! I found this an undone and tremendous lack of education with the client an attitude that dismantled total disregard with the client I felt mto bad! This gentleman with gray hair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na loja para perguntar se poderiam consertar ou instalar um alarme novo no meu Citroen, ao realizar a pergunta veio a resposta: "esses carro da Citroen é embaçado mano" Alguém poderia definir o termo embaçado ? Deduzi que houvesse um moleque de 15 anos do outro lado da linha. Deus me livre colocarem a mão no meu carro. E olha que foram recomendados.
I called the store to ask if they could fix or install a new alarm on my Citroen, when asking the question came the answer: "these Citroen cars are blurry bro" Could anyone define the term blurry?
