★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes perdidos, cada um dá uma informação diferente e nos enviam para filas que não resolvem nossos problemas.
Apenas para retirar um documento, vc pega uma imensa fila, com apenas uma atendente chamando tbm os preferências, o que faz o tempo de espera ser "eterno"
Enfim...péssima experiência. Espero que melhorem e não façam as pessoas perderem tanto tempo.
Lost attendants, each one gives different information and sends us to queues that don't solve our problems.
Just to get a document, you have a huge queue, with only one attendant calling the preferences, which makes the waiting time "eternal"
Anyway... bad experience. I hope they get better and don't make people waste so much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui resolver sobre a segunda via do RG, e fui muito bem recebido por todos lá, mas em especial a Elaine Garcia que me deu total suporte me explicando todos os documentos que eu poderia colocar no RG, aonde eu nem sabia que podia tantos documentos. Aonde facilita nossa vida no dia a dia.
Quero de verdade agradecer a Elaine Garcia por toda paciência e suporte que teve comigo.
I went to solve about the duplicate of the RG, and I was very well received by everyone there, but especially Elaine Garcia who gave me full support explaining all the documents that I could put in the RG, where I didn't even know I could have so many documents. Where it makes our everyday life easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo fez a renovação da CNH dele dia 14/12/2021 e até hj dia 07/04/2022 não chegou! Toda vez vamos lá eles fala que foi debitado tal dia e que é de 15 a 20 dias úteis para chegar o documento e nada! Já estamos perdendo a paciência!! E quando entramos no site do Detran lá está constando que não foi solicitado a renovação da CNH!! Aí vem com desculpa de que o site tá com problema acho q estão inventando para não resolver esse b.o certeza! Mas vamos ficar na bota pq é uma coisa que já está paga. Eles que se virem e tratem de resolver isso! Pena que não tem como deixar comentários sem estrelas pq a nota seria infinitamente zeroooooO
My husband renewed his CNH on 12/14/2021 and until today 04/07/2022 it hasn't arrived! Every time we go there they say that it was debited on that day and that it takes 15 to 20 business days to get the document and nothing! We are already losing patience!! And when we enter the Detran website, it says that the renewal of CNH was not requested!! Here comes the excuse that the site has a problem, I think they're making it up to not solve this b.o sure! But let's stay in the boot because it's something that is already paid for. Let them turn around and try to solve this! Too bad there's no way to leave comments without stars because the rating would be infinitely zeroooooO
