Quando cheguei, perguntei sobre multa de transito, o homem disse q era uma sala mais a frente...a pessoa na sala veio apos o toque do sininho...entregou so' um folheto com instruc,oes para entrar no site da prefeitura!
Poorly signposted location. A person shouted warning me that it was another entrance. When I arrived, I asked about a traffic ticket, the man said it was a room farther along...the person in the room came after the ringing of the bell...only delivered a leaflet with instructions to enter the city hall's website !
