O atendente até que tentou ajudar. Mas a Senhoria do "hotel", foi injusta e desumana.
Fiz reserva no hotel, ao chegar ao mesmo, fui alojado em um quarto, o qual contava sim, com frigobar, tv e ar condicionado.
Porém, o banheiro estava com problemas no sanitário!
Tubulação estourada o qual o fedor invadia o quarto, e por ser utilizado o ar condicionado, o fedor era insuportável! A porta do banheiro, não fechava! Impossibilitando vedar o fedor dentro do mesmo.
Ficamos por 2h, minha esposa, minha filha e eu. E foi cobrado uma taxa de 60,00!
Se não há condições de estádia ou vagas descentes, que não façam a reserva!
Assim, evitaria constrangimentos e avaliações negativas.

The attendant even tried to help. But the landlady of the "hotel" was unfair and inhumane.
I made a reservation at the hotel, upon arriving at the hotel, I was accommodated in a room, which did have a minibar, TV and air conditioning.
However, the bathroom had a problem with the toilet!
Burst pipe which the stench invaded the room, and because the air conditioning was used, the stench was unbearable! The bathroom door would not close! Impossible to seal the stench inside it.
We stayed for 2h, my wife, my daughter and me. And a fee of 60.00 was charged!
If there are no conditions to stay or decent places, don't make a reservation!
Thus, it would avoid embarrassment and negative evaluations.
