 Great place for socializing, or leisure on weekends. Chalets with all infrastructure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pisaram muito na bola! Combinamos uma coisa e ao chegar, logo após eu pagar, a situação já ficou diferente.
Estrutura e organização deixaram a desejar. Tem uma lista de informações que fica em cada chalé onde só tem advertências de uma forma bem antipática.
Fora que é o único Hotel que fui até hoje que informa que a limpeza só é feita a cada 4 dias. E que se precisar ser feita antes desse prazo, será cobrado a parte.
A localização é estratégica por conta da nascente do Tietê, mas falta estrutura própria e no entorno. Não há pensão completa, nem local próximo para fazer refeições.
Precisam olhar um pouco mais pra si com os olhos dcldosientes.
Eles têm muita condição de melhorar. Basta fazer essa auto análise.
They stepped on the ball a lot! We agreed on something and when I arrived, right after I paid, the situation was different.
Structure and organization left something to be desired. It has a list of information that is in each cottage where it only has warnings in a very unfriendly way.
Besides that it is the only Hotel I have been to until today that informs that cleaning is only done every 4 days. And if it needs to be done before this deadline, the part will be charged.
The location is strategic due to the Tietê spring, but it lacks its own structure and surroundings. There is no full board and no nearby place to dine.
They need to look at themselves a little more with dcldosient eyes.
They are in great condition to improve. Just do this self analysis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da pousada é feito por pessoas muito solicitas. As acomodações são aconchegantes e os espaços em comum oferecem silêncio e tranquilidade. Não há wi-fi nos quartos (o que é apenas um detalhe)
The service of the inn is done by very solicitous people. The accommodations are cozy and the common spaces offer silence and tranquility. There is no wifi in the rooms (which is just a detail)
