Apenas uma observação: acho que precisa de algo para podermos pendurar as roupas de banho e toalhas molhadas! O restaurante adorei meus dias aí na pousada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada maravilhosa,café da manhã incrível e limpeza impecável... Um ponto a melhorar são os canais da tv , pois a Tv aberta não oferece muitas opções principalmente em dias chuvosos e nublados em que não dá pra curtir as piscinas e ficamos mais no quarto. Fora isso tudo perfeito, super recomendo.
Wonderful inn, amazing breakfast and impeccable cleanliness... A point to improve are the TV channels, as the open TV doesn't offer many options, especially on rainy and cloudy days when you can't enjoy the pools and we stay in the room more . Other than that, everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar, Toalha no quarto estava manchada, lençol também, não tem suporte p/sabonete, não tem refeitório e alguns alimentos são armazenados na lavanderia, sanitario estava molhado qdo chegamos prova de não ter sido higienizado, pia do banheiro entupida, falaram que tinha quiosque em frente a praia e não tem !! Café da manhã mal servido o suco nem rotulo tinha?♀️?♀️??
Service at reception leaves something to be desired, Towel in the room was stained, sheet too, no soap support, no cafeteria and some food is stored in the laundry, toilet was wet when we arrived proof of not having been sanitized, bathroom sink clogged , they said they had a kiosk in front of the beach and they don't have it!! Breakfast was barely served, the juice didn't even have a label ?♀️?♀️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei uma estadia com a pousada para o ano novo. À princípio, estava marcado do dia 30/12 a 02/01/22. Infelizmente no dia 30/12, chegamos na cidade e fomos pegos de surpresa, Caragua estava totalmente alagada. Só tinha um caminho para chegar na pousada e não tinha a menor condição de passar, a água chegava no vidro da porta do carro. Meu celular descarregou, com muito custo, depois de 3 horas rodando a cidade, conseguimos chegar em um posto de gasolina, em segurança. Consegui ligar o celular e contatei a pousada imediatamente, e o sr. Paulo informou que retornariam o contato no outro dia, que até funcionários não conseguiram chegar por conta de todo o caos. Passamos a madrugada na rua, e por ter uma criança de 4 anos que inclusive teve febre, decidimos no outro dia não arriscar e voltar para casa, já que a situação estava bem complicada e a cidade em alerta com a previsão de chuva nos próximos dias. Entrei em contato novamente e pra minha surpresa, a atendente respondeu uma mensagem padrão falando que não poderiam reagendar ou devolver o dinheiro pago, que isso só aconteceria se eu tivesse notificado 15 dias antes. Liguei novamente e ela ficou de me posicionar. Dias depois cobrei retorno, nada. Mandei e-mail 2x, nada. Aqui deixo a minha indignação para total descaso, numa situação imprevisível. Não devolver o dinheiro, ok, entendo. Mais o mínimo é reagendar, não existe a menor condição de ninguém em sã consciência colocar a sua família e uma CRIANÇA em risco pela falta de humanidade deste local.
Obs.: Retornamos pra SP e direto para o hospital, meu filho testou positivo para Influenza.
I closed a stay with the inn for the new year. At first, it was scheduled from 12/30 to 1/2/22. Unfortunately on 12/30, we arrived in the city and were taken by surprise, Caragua was totally flooded. There was only one way to get to the inn and there was no way to get through, the water reached the window of the car door. My cell phone died, with great difficulty, after 3 hours running around the city, we managed to get to a gas station, safely. I managed to get my cell phone on and contacted the inn immediately, and Mr. Paulo informed that they would return the contact the other day, that even employees were unable to arrive because of all the chaos. We spent the night on the street, and because we had a 4-year-old child who even had a fever, we decided the other day not to risk it and go home, since the situation was very complicated and the city was on alert with the forecast of rain in the next few days. . I contacted again and to my surprise, the attendant replied a standard message saying that they could not reschedule or return the money paid, that this would only happen if I had notified 15 days before. I called again and she was positioning me. Days later I charged return, nothing. I emailed twice, nothing. Here I leave my indignation for total neglect, in an unpredictable situation. Do not return the money, ok, I understand. But the minimum is to reschedule, there is no condition for anyone in their right mind to put their family and a CHILD at risk for the lack of humanity of this place.
Obs.: We returned to SP and straight to the hospital, my son tested positive for Influenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pousada é muito encantadora. Pessoal bastante receptivo.
Pode pedir alimentos e bebidas e levar para o quarto. ( Principalmente porque temos a bebê de 2 anos). Na área d piscina tem o bar. Que serve deliciosas porções e fazem drinks ?.
A única objeção que faço e sobre a piscina privativa... Ela não é aquecida! O que não ajudou para o uso da mesma.
Mas é uma ótima pousada. Eu e minha família amamos! (Obs. Quem tem cachorro pode levar, porque vimos dois no local).
The inn is very charming. Very receptive staff.
You can order food and drink and take it to your room. ( Mainly because we have a 2 year old baby). In the pool area is the bar. Serving delicious portions and making drinks ?.
The only objection I have is about the private pool... It's not heated! What did not help for the use of it.
But it's a great inn. Me and my family love it! (Note. Anyone with a dog can take it, because we saw two at the site).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos bem recebidos pelos funcionários, mas a estrutura do hotel não é boa. O primeiro quarto que fiquei estava com cheiro super forte de cigarro, apesar de ser proibido de fumar nos quartos. O segundo quarto tinha problema no banheiro, a porta só abria pela metade, por causa da pia. Havia uma janela, mas era falsa, ou seja, sem nem uma ventilação no banheiro. E o secador estava quebrado. Serviram café da manhã com bolo estragado, copo mofado e maçã podre. Tivemos que pedir reembolso e tomar café em outro lugar.
We were well received by the staff, but the structure of the hotel is not good. The first room I stayed in had a very strong cigarette smell, despite the fact that smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The second bedroom had a problem with the bathroom, the door only opened halfway, because of the sink. There was a window, but it was fake, that is, without even ventilation in the bathroom. And the dryer was broken. Breakfast was served with spoiled cake, moldy glass and rotten apple. We had to ask for a refund and have coffee elsewhere.

Pontos a melharar: Fiquei na suíte com piscina privativa, o quarto tem acústica zero, as portas são de latão extremamente barulhentas, vc ouve tudo o que acontece quarto ao lado, a cama com qualidade muito ruim, pra quem ficar mais de um dia as costas pede um dorflex, a suíte 20 tem um retorno de esgoto a noite horrível, podre mesmo, de dar dor de cabeça e o café da manhã e o mesmo todos os dias. Pontos positivos, as piscinas são boas porém o sistema de sucção estava sem proteção, podendo ter um acidente com quem tem cabelos grandes tanto adulto como criancas, as meninas do Bar sao excelentes, com uma educação e simpatia que contagia, além das comidas e bebidas dor bar que tbm são ótimas!
I stayed at the inn for three days and found the stay ok. Points to improve: I stayed in the suite with a private pool, the room has zero acoustics, the doors are extremely noisy in brass, you hear everything that happens in the next room, the bed with very poor quality, for those who stay more than one day at back asks for a dorflex, suite 20 has a horrible, rotten, headache-inducing sewage return at night and breakfast is the same every day. Positive points, the pools are good, but the suction system was not protected, which could have an accident with those who have long hair, both adults and children, the girls at the Bar are excellent, with a contagious education and friendliness, in addition to the food and drinks pain bar that are also great!
