★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo imensa. Um aniversário com pessoas gritando até as 23h, que só parou pq tive que descer até lá para reclamar pois ninguém na recepção atendia o telefone.
A estrutura é até boa, no entanto é um local onde N voltarei!
Lack of immense professionalism. A birthday with people shouting until 11pm, which only stopped because I had to go down there to complain because no one at the reception answered the phone.
The structure is quite good, however it is a place where I will return!

Bad service, we paid for an overpriced breakfast with breakfast and at the time a lazy employee told us to go out in the rain looking for somewhere near to have coffee. The pousada looks like a motel. Note 1

A great location, great service, very much enjoyed the rooms, organized, good hygiene, good internet, good TV and shower, and the breakfast very organized and delicious! I would recommend it and will return more often.

For me it was very good, the TV really doesn't have a good image, internet even in my house is poor, breakfast very typical of the region and all three days I was staying there was breakfast, in fact I was well attended and I'm intending to come back in 2022 post pandemic ??
