Suites with air conditioning, swimming pool, right in the center of bertioga. All brand new, excellent service. Ample parking.

NÃO tem recepção, a noite não tem nenhum funcionário nem vigia, fica sozinho o local.Nao tem cafe da manhã, não recolhem lixo, nao trocam roupa de cama, não tem toalha de rosto pq segundo a funcionária os clientes roubam as toalhas. Piscina qdo cheguei estava verde!. Limpeza não existe e Tb não te oferecem material para limpar o quarto. NÃO é tão perto da praia, longe dos restaurantes do centro, só de carro. DECEPÇÃO. Paguei 400,00 na diária e não VALE . Não recomendo. ? péssimo custo/benefício.
IT'S NOT POUSADA, it's room rental. There is NO reception, at night there is no employee or guard, the place is alone. There is no breakfast, they do not collect garbage, they do not change bed linen, there is no face towel because according to the employee, customers steal towels. Pool when I arrived it was green!. Cleaning doesn't exist and they don't offer you material to clean the room. It is NOT so close to the beach, far from downtown restaurants, just by car. DISAPPOINTMENT. I paid 400.00 daily and it's not worth it. I do not recommend. ? bad cost / benefit.
