Todavía, em se tratando de reembolso ou cancelamento de hospedagem, pode esquecer, é um total descaso. Fiz uma reserva (pagando metade, + de 600,00, pago por meio de pix) há aproximadamente 1 mês atrás, porém, em decorrencia de problemas pessoais não pude ir, logo, avisei com 5 días de antecedencia que não teria como está indo, fui informado que não havia a posibilidade de ser reembolsado, e que o dinheiro repassado poderia ser utilizado em uma outra reserva futura, ocorre que eu não tenho mais planos de está viajando para tal lugar tendo em vista que estou indo embora do país. Ao questionar o que poderia ser feito Neste caso eu simplemente fui ignorado até o presente momento. Vale ressaltar que eu fiz a propostas de eles estarem descontando uma porcentagem do valor repassado para cobrir qualquer "prejuizo" ou "problema" , porém, nem diante disto falaram nada. Em resumo paguei e não gozei dos serviços destes e tampouco tuve uma resposta plausivel.
I don't have the autonomy to talk about the place because I didn't go there for personal reasons. However, when it comes to refund or cancellation of accommodation, forget it, it's a total disregard. I made a reservation (paying half, + 600.00, paid through pix) approximately 1 month ago, however, due to personal problems I couldn't go, so I warned 5 days in advance that I wouldn't have how it's going , I was informed that there was no possibility of being refunded, and that the money transferred could be used in another future booking, it happens that I no longer have plans to travel to that place since I am leaving the country. By questioning what could be done In this case I have simply been ignored so far. It is noteworthy that I made the proposal that they were deducting a percentage of the amount transferred to cover any "loss" or "problem", however, they did not say anything about it. In summary, I paid and did not enjoy their services, nor did I have a plausible answer.
