A quiet and cozy guesthouse in Trancoso Bahia, the Segredos de Trancoso guesthouse stands out for its privileged location, it is close to the Quadrado and the shopping center of Trancoso, the main beaches are approximately 5 minutes by car, when you come to Trancoso it is worth it staying at Pousada Segredos de Trancoso, I recommend it to everyone who is interested !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, café da manhã digno de celebridade, na porta do quarto. Vista da praia em deck ou pela piscina de borda infinita dá todo um charme. Ambiente aconchegante e em volta à natureza. Pequenos macacos vieram nos visitar diariamente. São poucos quartos disponíveis, então a disponibilidade é baixa.
Excellent service, breakfast worthy of celebrity, at the door of the room. View of the beach from the deck or the infinity pool gives a whole charm. Cozy environment and around nature. Little monkeys came to visit us daily. There are few rooms available, so availability is low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao lado da igreja do quadrado. Quartos com vista, café da manhã maravilhoso na piscina ou no deck com vista para o mar ou mesmo na estrutura do quarto. A localização da pousada é muito conveniente.
Next to the square church. Rooms with views, wonderful breakfast by the pool or on the deck overlooking the sea or even in the room structure. The hostel's location is very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em outro país, por conta do surto do covid e h3n2 tive que cancelar meu casamento e minha lua de mel que seria realizado no Brasil. Solicitei o reembolso já que não iria mais viajar, porém os proprietários da pousada disseram que não trabalham com reembolso, mesmo não tendo isso específica do no site ou terem informado isso no momento da compra. Tentei negociar dando 20% do valor pago para que não prejudicasse ninguém e a proposta foi negada. Pedi a carta de crédito no qual eles me ofereceram e disseram que seria a única negociação que eles poderiam nos oferecer e nos deram o prazo para reagendar até novembro, o que para nós e impossível programar uma viagem para o exterior em tão pouco tempo.
Muito triste com a situação, e com a falta de empatia dos proprietários!
I live in another country, due to the outbreak of covid and h3n2 I had to cancel my wedding and my honeymoon that would be held in Brazil. I asked for a refund since I would no longer travel, but the owners of the inn said they don't work with refunds, even though they don't have this specific on the website or have informed this at the time of purchase. I tried to negotiate giving 20% of the amount paid so as not to harm anyone and the proposal was denied. I asked for the letter of credit in which they offered me and they said it would be the only negotiation they could offer us and they gave us the deadline to reschedule until November, which for us is impossible to schedule a trip abroad in such a short time.
Very sad about the situation, and the lack of empathy from the owners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service and facilities! Breakfast in the room, at the balcony or at the pool. Amazing outdoor area with the best view in Trancoso. Bikes for rental available and included in the price. The downside was just the internet connection but it was promptly fixed in the second day.
