Quando liguei a proprietaria de nome Rosa me informou que o aparelho estava lacrado e que era original, mas ao chegar em casa e conferir, pude averiguar que o aparelho era usado, as caixas do produto estavam com codigo de barras diferentes. Tive que voltar a loja e fazer o cancelamento com muito custo.
MUITO CUIDADO AO COMPRAREM NESTA LOJA, ELES MENTEM MUITO, ATÉ PRA ESTORNAR O VALOR OU CANCELAR ELES CONTAM MUITA MENTIRA, FAZEM DE TUDO PRA LUDIBRIAR OS CLIENTES COM A INTENÇAO DE PASSAR OS 7 DIAS , ASSIM O CLIENTE NÃO CONSEGUE MAIS DEVOLVER OU CANCELAR O PRODUTO.
PUDE OBSERVAR TAMBEM QUE OS PRODUTOS LA SAO DO PARAGUAI.
I made a purchase at this store on 12/14/2017, bought a ps4 pro.
When I called the owner named Rosa, she informed me that the device was sealed and that it was original, but when I got home and checked it out, I could verify that the device was used, the product boxes were with different bar codes. I had to go back to the store and cancel it very costly.
VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING IN THIS STORE, THEY LIE A LOT, UNTIL THEY REVERSE THE VALUE OR CANCEL THEY TELL A LOT OF LIE, THEY DO EVERYTHING TO DECEIVE THE CUSTOMERS WITH THE INTENTION TO SPEND THE 7 DAYS, SO THE CUSTOMER CANNOT GET TO RETURN THE PRODUCT OR CANCEL .
