★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ano atrás eu tive um problema com a tela do meu celular e levei até a loja para o conserto, foram super atenciosos e tudo mais, aproveitei e coloquei uma película, depois de um tempo percebi que minha câmera frontal estava mto embaçada, levei até a loja novamente e a moça me disse que provavelmente era poeira que havia entrado embaixo da película.... como tinha confiado no serviço deixei por isso mesmo, não usava tanto assim a câmera frontal. Um ano depois eis que vou trocar a película e percebi que na verdade o problema nunca foi ela, e sim minha câmera, que parece ter sido substituída por outra de qualidade muito MUITO INFERIOR... sendo que o problema do aparelho era somente com a tela. Não voltei a loja para reclamar pois já se passou muito tempo, parte da culpa foi minha de ter confiado assim e não ter corrido atrás de entender melhor a situação. Apenas um relato, mas perdi a confiança da loja que já conhecia há um tempo.
 A year ago I had a problem with my cell phone screen and I took it to the store for repair, they were super attentive and everything, I took advantage of it and put a film on it, after a while I realized that my front camera was really blurry, I even took it the store again and the lady told me that it was probably dust that had gotten under the film.... as I had trusted the service, I left it at that, I didn't use the front camera that much. A year later, I'm going to change the film and I realized that the problem was never really her, but my camera, which seems to have been replaced by another one of VERY inferior quality... and the problem with the device was only with the screen. I didn't go back to the store to complain because it's been a long time, part of it was my fault for having trusted like that and not having gone after to better understand the situation. Just a report, but I lost confidence in the store I've known for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Galaxy S10 para instalar a película UV. Fui bem atendido, mas após a instalação a película teve bolhas, como resultado me ofereceram desconto. Até aí tudo normal, essa película é difícil e bolhas aparacem.
Porém ao chegar em casa constatei que ao aplicar a cola líquida não tamparam as entradas do celular, ou seja, a cola quebrou meu alto-falante a entrada USB-C, além do risco da cola adentrar no circuito integrado da tela e queimar o celular novo, como alguns usuários online demostraram nessa situação. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma fonte de notenook, contudo após 3 dias feit a compra descobri que o problema do note não era a fonte. Voltei na loja para desfazer da compra, não quiseram devolver oo dinheiro e eu não tinha nenhum interesse em outro produto. A comerciante diz não saber da existência doo código de defesa do consumidor. Dica, não compre nessa loja, procure pessoas honestas.
I bought a notenook font, however after 3 days of the purchase I found that the problem with the note was not the font. I went back to the store to undo the purchase, they didn't want to return the money and I had no interest in another product. The merchant says not to know of the existence of the consumer protection code. Tip, don't shop at this store, look for honest people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima, péssima, péssima! Atendimento horroroso, peças de má qualidade e a garantia deles não serve de nada, se você consertar seu celular lá e der problema, esqueça. Trocaram o display do meu celular e durante a garantia de 90 dias ele estragou. A vendedora (ou proprietária) se negou a consertar ou colocar outro display alegando que foi má uso do celular, que havia quebrado uma "travinha" e que a garantia não cobria isso. Logo em seguida levei em outra loja, o técnico analisou meu celular e disse que não havia nenhum problema de "travinha" e que o display simplesmente havia queimado, portanto caberia sim a a garantia. Outra coisa, quando trocaram meu display nesta loja, o touch screen não estava funcionando. Questionei e eles simplesmente disseram que após a troca o touch para de funcionar. Em nenhum momento antes de fazerem o serviço me informaram sobre isso. Ou seja, total falta de transparência.
Bad, bad, bad store! Horrible service, poor quality parts and their warranty is useless, if you fix your cell phone there and there is a problem, forget it. They replaced my cell phone display and during the 90 day warranty it broke. The seller (or owner) refused to repair or install another display claiming that the cell phone was misused, that it had broken a "lock" and that the warranty did not cover it. Soon after I took it to another store, the technician analyzed my cell phone and said that there was no "lock" problem and that the display had simply burned out, so the warranty would fit. Another thing, when they changed my display in this store, the touch screen was not working. I asked and they just said that after changing the touch it stops working. At no time before doing the service did they inform me about this. In other words, a total lack of transparency.
