Decepcionado com essa empresa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém essa empresa! Prometem e não cumprem...a meses temos que ficar brigando com eles pois vira e meche tem falta de conexão! Os atendentes via whats app e via telefone são ignorantes e nem se identificam! Uma empresa que presta esse tipo de serviço tem que ter um ponto de atendimento... E quando você vai no endereço não temos acesso pois vivem fechados! Repito não indico a ninguém ...se não quiserem dor de cabeça paguem mais caro de uma empresa que te dê retorno! Obs se vocês ficarem fim de semana sem internet problema e seu pois eles não fazem reparos fim de semana! Detalhe na semana reparo e até às 17:00.!
Deem uma lida no código de defesa do consumidor! Artigo 18 e 20! Isso serve para os clientes e quem trabalha com essa e qualquer outra empresa! Prestar serviço cujo haja vício ,má qualidade ,etc o custo e 0,00 para clientes e se em 30 dias não for solucionado o CLIENTE TEM DIREITO A TROCA POR OUTRO PRODUTO OU DEVOLUCAO CORRIGIDA MONETARIAMENTE PELO FORNECEDO DO SERVICO! ESSE E SO UM TRECHO DO QUE DIZ ! VO FAZER QUESTAO DE CORRER ATRAS DOS MEUS DIREITOS POIS EMPRESA QUE NAO DA SUPORTE AO CLIENTE NAO PODE ATUAR ENGANANDO OS MESMOS!
I don't recommend this company to anyone! They promise and do not deliver ... for months we have to be fighting with them because it turns and meche lacks connection! The attendants via whats app and via phone are ignorant and do not even identify themselves! A company that provides this type of service must have a service point ... And when you go to the address, we don't have access because they live closed! I repeat I don't recommend to anyone ... if you don't want a headache, pay more for a company that gives you a return! Note if you stay weekend without internet problem and yours because they do not do weekend repairs! Detail in the week repair and until 17:00.!
Take a look at the consumer protection code! Article 18 and 20! This is for customers and anyone working with this and any other company! Provide service whose addiction, poor quality, cost etc. is 0.00 to customers and if in 30 days the customer is not solved, THE RIGHT TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OR RETURN MONETARYLY PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDED! THIS IS A SECTION OF WHAT IT SAYS! I'LL MAKE QUESTION TO RUN BEHIND MY RIGHTS BECAUSE A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER CANNOT ACT DAMNING THEIRS!
