★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A condor Telecom é melhor internet do Horizonte Azul, nem se compara com as demais internet da região, depois que mudou para fibra tem sido mais estável quase não tendo queda de internet, ótimo atendimento via WhatsApp... Nunca precisei ligar ou ir pessoalmente para resolver um problema, resumindo, nota 10! Dei quatro estrelas pois como qualquer provedor de internet, tem ponto a melhorar, mais dei nota 10 pelo melhor custo benefício da região.
Condor Telecom is the best internet in Horizonte Azul, nor does it compare with the other internet in the region, after switching to fiber it has been more stable with almost no internet drop, great service via WhatsApp ... I never had to call or go personally to solve a problem, in short, note 10! I gave four stars because like any internet provider, there is a point to improve, but I rated it 10 for the best cost benefit in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igual os outros serviços de internet FIBRA do Jd.Horizonte Azul funciona falhando com frequência. Eles só tem planos de R$90 reais que funciona igual a de R$50 da concorrência.
Não recomendo.
Like the other internet services FIBRA do Jd.Horizonte Azul works failing frequently. They only have plans of R $ 90 reais that works equal to R $ 50 of the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cai muittoooo dinheiro jogado fora , quase todo dia tem que abrir uma reclamação por conta da internet que nao carrega um áudio , um absurdo muita falta de respeito , vc paga a instalação e sai no prejuízo pq pra cancelar terá que pagar outra instalação que não é nada barato . Precisa melhorar muito a qualidade , a resposta que dão quando abro uma reclamação sempre é a mesma melhora por algumas horas depôs volta cair de novo , um descaso .
A lot of money is thrown away, almost every day you have to file a complaint because of the internet that does not carry an audio, absurd, a lot of disrespect, you pay for the installation and you leave because you have to cancel it because you have to pay for another installation that is not nothing cheap. We need to improve the quality a lot, the answer they give when I open a complaint is always the same improvement for a few hours after falling back again, a neglect.

Hoje é 10/11/2020
Eu esqueci de pagar a do mês 10.
Então ontem dia 09/11 pela manhar , cortaram o sinal sem avisar. não supeitei por que a internet cai muito. Fiquei esperado o dia todo.
Entrei em contato com eles, a atendente me disse que o sinal estava bloqueando por atraso de pagamento ( que quando vence 2 faturas é bloqueado).
Mas só tem uma vencida, a outra vence hoje dia 10, eu tenho o dia todo para pagar , bloquearam ontem pela manhã dia 09.
Me mostrem onde tá escrito em lei ou no contrato assinado que vocês podem fazer isso.
Se vence dia 10, vocês só podem bloquear dia 11.
Mas tudo bem. Vou cancelar e mudar para a SCON FIBRAS 100mb por R$ 79,00
Eu pago R$ 100,00 por 40mg. E internet tá sempre caindo é com velocidade baixa.

Then yesterday 11/11 in the morning, they cut the signal without warning. I didn’t guess why the internet goes down a lot. I've been waiting all day.
I got in touch with them, the attendant told me that the signal was blocking due to late payment (which when 2 invoices are due is blocked).
But there is only one win, the other wins today the 10th, I have all day to pay, they blocked it yesterday morning, the 9th.
Show me where it is written in the law or in the signed contract that you can do this.
If you win on the 10th, you can only block on the 11th.
But it's alright. I will cancel and switch to SCON FIBRAS 100mb for R $ 79.00
I pay $ 100.00 for 40mg. And the internet is always falling at a low speed.
