★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Marcam com você para resolver um problema não aparecem e nem dão satisfação. Você fica o dia todo esperando.
E também não lhe dão a velocidade que foi contratada.
Contratei 8 mega só chegava 5 no máximo, mandei baixar já que não estava recebendo 8 mega.
Coloquei 5 mega e agora só chega 2.
Liguei varias vezes e nunca resolveram o problema.

Dizem que retornaram as ligações, deixam os clientes esperando horas pelo atendimento para retorno da internet e não aparecem para reestabelecer o problema. Chuvas e ventos são suficientes para ficar dias sem internet. Se possível escolham outra empresa.
Closing on Saturdays from noon. They say they have returned calls, leave customers waiting hours for callback, and don't show up to re-establish the problem. Rains and winds are enough to be days without internet. If possible choose another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaceitável esse péssimo atendimento. Quando você liga ou não atendem ou colocam uma pessoa incapaz de dar uma informação esclarecedora pra você. Já estou há 5 dias sem internet mas continuam a adiar a ida do técnico à minha casa. E agora nem estão me atendendo mais. Deplorável.

Fiz o comentário acima ha 3 dias e recebi resposta rápida, mas 3 dias depois e ainda nao resolveram o problema. Ligo todos os dias e dizem que vão mandar o técnico, quando atendem né, e ele nunca chegou!

Contratei o serviço para ser instalado em 5 dias úteis, esperei mais de 8 dias e nada entrei em contato para saber o problema, a atende falou que tinha muitas instalações e me garantiu que ia instalar na segunda feira,no caso hoje dia 26 de fevereiro,liguei cedo para confirmar e ela me confirmou que seria de 14 até às 17:00 esperei até 17,00 e resolvir ligar para saber da demora,a mesma me informou que eles já tinha ido no endereço mais não encontraram e desistiram,não me ligaram ao menos para ter um ponto de referência,a atendente se quer pegou meu número para confirmar algo,parece que estão me fazendo um favor e não um serviço cobrado.melhorem!!!!

Péssimos em TUDOOOOO, atendimento e serviço. Não se preocupam com a satisfação do cliente. Uma empresa deste segmento NÃO PODE se limitar a atender em horário comercial, não tem plantonistas e não retornam as ligações.
Ou seja, só se preocupam se não receberem a mensalidade, pra isso são rapidinhos em cortar o sinal.
DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! NEVER! Unless you want to test your adrenaline level with so much anger they do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você quer alguém pra passar muitos dias conversando contate a Power net pq com certeza vc vai precisar ligar muito pra eles. Desde que foi instalado a internet na minha casa so utilizei por 40min logo após ela parou de funcionar e não tem nenhum numero que funcione fora do horario comercial, ou seja se vc ficar sem internet fora do horario comercial deles vc fica sem. E sim eles não fazem o minino esforço para a satisfação do cliente portanto se vc esta pensando em colocar Power Net na sua casa por favor NÃO COLOQUE.

Prestação de serviço péssima, só dor de cabeça com essa empresa.
Tive a péssima ideia de colocar essa internet em casa,ela vive caindo,eles não dão assistência, não funcionam fora do horário comercial...hoje Domingo, a internet não está funcionando,ou seja, só vou conseguir usar na segunda feira, isso sem falar nos outros dias que fiquei sem.
Se vc mora em alguns dos condomínios Mayra, Janaína Oi Iracema,na Serraria, não coloque, é só dor de cabeça.
