★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o local, levei o meu computador para arrumar, infelizmente tinha que trocar a placa mãe, não cobraram a vistoria e nem o diagnóstico. Não troquei a placa lá mas fiz uma comora no valor que seria em compensação, ótimo atendimento
Very good place, I took my computer to fix it, unfortunately I had to change the motherboard, they didn't charge the inspection or the diagnosis. I didn't change the plate there but I made a comora in the amount that would be in compensation, great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não sabiam da existência do qflash da minha placa, mandei a placa banhada de wd40, não tiveram coragem de dar um banho de álcool isopropílico pra limpar e remover o óleo do wd. Minha placa não tinha defeito algum, era só trocar a entrada hdmi para dp ou dvi. Tiveram coragem de colocar um cooler com os fios descascados e com mal contato.
Não recomendo nem pro meu inimigo o serviço desprezível deles!!!!.
Edit: minha placa mãe parou de funcionar, e minhas memórias também, por conta do WD40 que vcs não tiveram coragem de limpar.
Bad service, they didn't know about the existence of the qflash on my board, I sent the board bathed in wd40, they didn't have the courage to bathe in isopropyl alcohol to clean and remove the oil from the wd. My card had no defect, just change the hdmi input to dp or dvi. They had the courage to put a cooler with stripped wires and bad contact.
I don't even recommend their despicable service to my enemy!!!!.
Edit: my motherboard stopped working, and my memories too, because of the WD40 that you guys didn't have the courage to clean.

Demorou um pouco, mas entendo, pois a demanda da loja deve ser alta. Gostaria de agradecer a todos os envolvidos. Até o momento, nada a reclamar.
I took my note for motherboard repair. They tried to fix it, but unfortunately it was not possible. I opted for the plate replacement and was satisfied with the service. It took a while, but I understand as the store's demand must be high. I would like to thank everyone involved. So far, nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha máquina de trabalho na terça (19/04) com um problema de ligar a CPU e desligar em 15 segundos. Fui atenciosamente atendido pelo Jamison, que sugeriu um 'banho químico' e um diagnóstico completo do computador por um preço justo. Logo no dia seguinte, meu PC estava pronto, 100% funcional e com problemas na memória e placa mãe devidamente reparados pelo banho químico.
Excelente atendimento, agilidade no serviço, indico e voltarei com certeza quando precisar!
I took my machine to work on Tuesday (19/04) with a problem of turning the CPU on and off in 15 seconds. I was attentively attended to by Jamison, who suggested a 'chemical bath' and a full computer diagnostics for a fair price. The very next day, my PC was ready, 100% functional and with memory and motherboard problems properly repaired by the chemical bath.
Excellent service, quick service, I recommend and will definitely come back when needed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima atendimento. Fui super bem atendida. Levei meu notebook que estava lento de mais. Não aguentava mais. Foi sugerido para que eu trocasse o HD por um digital. Ele está super veloz. Uma outra vez levei a minha impressora que não estava imprimindo. Em uma visão rápida foi me dito que o problema era o cartucho da tinta e não a impressora. Voltei onde tinha comprado o cartucho e pedi a troca e antes onde eu comprei falaram que o problema era a minha impressora. O pessoal da PowerPC Informática são confiáveis. Recomendo.
