Disseram que Fizeram a limpeza devido estar entupido paguei $300 Blz levei pra casa e o problema continuou?, ops perai voltei lá agora pouco e ele disse que tem que comprar uma cabeça de impressão, dinheiro jogado fora são super perdidos, a senhora da recepção acha que sabe tudo ,e eu fiquei no prejuízo haaa mais não mesmo vou entrar com processo nas pequenas causas me senti super lesada e estorquida ??e agora como eu trabalho sem impressora ela fez um teste e disse que estava funcionando normalmente !! Olhem a foto do teste de impressão ! E me digam se está tudo ok

They said they did the cleaning because it was clogged I paid $300 Blz I took it home and the problem continued?, oops wait I went back there just now and he said he has to buy a print head, money thrown away is super lost, the lady at the reception thinks who knows everything, and I was at a loss, haaa, but I'm not even going to file a lawsuit in small claims, I felt super injured and spoiled ?? and now as I work without a printer, she took a test and said it was working normally!! Look at the print test photo! And tell me if everything is ok

Deixei minha impressora HP 2776 por não estar reconhecendo o cartucho colorido para orçamento. Valor próximo a de uma impressora nova. Recusei o serviço e retirei a máquina levando em outra assistência. Para surpresa minha fui comunicado que estava faltando 1 parafuso de fixação da placa, 1 parafuso de fixação do carro de impressão, o terminal do carro de impressão, além de terem trocado a placa por uma do modelo HP2600. O proprietário da Thecnoprint só não lhe agredi pela falta de educação porque tive pena do estrago que lhe iria causar. Mais um dia ele irá encontrar alguém que lhe faça isso.
Backyard assistance. Rude owner, poorly brought up with no education to serve the public. I left my HP 2776 printer because it didn't recognize the color cartridge for budget. Value close to a new printer. I refused the service and removed the machine taking it to another service. To my surprise, I was informed that 1 plate fixing screw, 1 print carriage fixing screw, the print carriage terminal were missing, in addition to having changed the plate for one of the HP2600 model. Thecnoprint's owner didn't just attack him for his lack of manners because I felt sorry for the damage it would cause him. One more day he will find someone to do that for him.
