★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade, a nota é menos de uma estrela. Se puder, fiquem longe desta empresa ! Estou pedindo uma instalação desde o mês de julho com horarios marcados. E o tecnico nunca apareceu. Agora hoje, depois de 3 mêses tenho que ouvir por telefone que a instalação não pode ser feita por causa de problemas técnicos ! Os funcionarios não são profisionais e nunca podemos conversar com ninguém nesta empresa. São realmente enganadores e se aproveitam de pouca concorrência ! Eu não recomendo de jeito nenhum !
In fact, the note is less than a star. If you can, stay away from this company! I am asking for an installation since the month of July with scheduled times. And the technician never came. Now today, after 3 months I have to hear over the phone that the installation cannot be done because of technical problems! The employees are not professionals and we can never talk to anyone at this company. They are really deceptive and take advantage of little competition! I do not recommend it at all!
