★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entreguei meu notebook com tela quebrada pra ele na quinta em véspera de feriado e ele ainda conseguiu me entregar o note arrumado na sexta. Isso sem falar do quão atencioso é o Paulo, que estava sempre a disposição.

I looked for Paulo in an emergency when my work notebook broke down; in other words, I was desperate... which would be a "full plate" for a malicious professional.
