★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária. Alugaram um apto com problema crônico de infiltração e se recusaram a resolver o problema. O atendimento sempre foi ruim, com demora, ausência de resposta e muita má vontade!
Hoje, 18/03, recebi o comentário abaixo como resposta, o que se configura como piada, visto que tenho trocas de mensagens no WhatsApp confirmando que a imobiliária e o proprietário afirmaram que não era possível resolver o problema da infiltração. A única coisa que se disponibilizaram a fazer foi a pintar o teto danificado após o período de chuvas. E isso se repetiria anualmente.
Mantenho a opinião: péssima imobiliária!
Terrible real estate. They rented an apartment with a chronic infiltration problem and refused to solve the problem. The service was always bad, with delay, lack of response and a lot of bad will!
Today, 03/18, I received the comment below as an answer, which is a joke, since I have exchanges of messages on WhatsApp confirming that the real estate agent and the owner stated that it was not possible to solve the infiltration problem. The only thing they offered to do was to paint the damaged ceiling after the rainy season. And that would be repeated annually.
I maintain the opinion: terrible real estate!
