★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma péssima imobiliária. Basta jogar o nome de seu responsável (Bruno Gazzinelli) no google. Minha mãe, idosa, era proprietária e eles colocaram um casal de vigaristas para morar no imóvel. Pior, o escritório de advocacia "pirata" de Bruno Gazzinelli, vinculado a imobiliária, advogou pelos locatários, um absurdo! Os locatários abandonaram o imóvel em 2012, minha mãe faleceu e até hoje não recebemos os aluguéis em atraso (R$ 15.000,00). Corram deles!
This is a terrible estate. Just play the name of your guardian (Bruno Gazzinelli) on google. My elderly mother owned and they put a couple of con artists to live in the property. Worse, Bruno Gazzinelli's "pirate" law firm, linked to real estate, advocated for the tenants, absurd! The tenants left the property in 2012, my mother passed away and to this day we have not received the arrears (R $ 15,000.00). Run from them!
