★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui nesta loja várias vezes pra tentar trocar de carro, o atendimento deles é péssimo. Fazem muita distensão dos clientes… todas as vezes que vou lá saiu frustrado. E segunda feira eu fui na esperança de trocar de carro, mas a falta de educação com os clientes chegam a níveis alarmantes… olharam meu carro e me mandaram embora falando que iam me passar o valor da cotação… nem me ligaram e nem me mandaram mensagem… entrei em contato pra saber o porque me falaram que me mandaram mensagem e eu não respondi… nunca mais piso nessa loja e não recomendo pra ninguém pela falta de educação e como tratam os clientes
I've been to this store several times to try to change cars, their service is terrible. They do a lot of strain on their customers… every time I go there, I've been frustrated. And on Monday I went hoping to change my car, but the lack of politeness with customers reached alarming levels... they looked at my car and told me they would give me the price of the quote... they didn't call me or send me a message … I got in touch to find out why they told me they sent me a message and I didn't reply … I'll never step into this store again and I don't recommend it to anyone because of the lack of politeness and how they treat customers
