★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui apenas para saber preço de um carro, e acabei fazendo negocio, pois o vendedor - Tiago é um excelente vendedor. Explanou tão bem uma alternativa que conseguiu fazer com que eu decidisse fechar negocio lá mesmo, nem consegui ir a outra loja de outros veiculos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero aqui registrar minha experiência que tive com essa concessionária, já adquiri dois carros nesta loja sendo que sempre fui bem atendido pelos funcionários que são pessoas bem educadas, quando levei Hrv para a quarta revisao uns dias depois notei que o veículo apresentava um barulho na suspensão, voltei duas veses na loja e o mecânico andou com o veículo e disse que estava normal, levei o veículo em uma oficina especializada em suspensão e após os testes foi constatado problemas na caixa de direção, como posso confiar nas revisões se não constataram esse problema, espero que não venha ocorrer com outros clientes.
I want to record here my experience I had with this dealership, I have already purchased two cars in this store and I have always been well attended by the employees who are well educated people, when I took Hrv to the fourth service a few days later I noticed that the vehicle had a noise in the suspension , I went back to the shop twice and the mechanic walked with the vehicle and said it was normal, I took the vehicle to a suspension specialist workshop and after the tests, problems were found in the steering box, how can I trust the reviews if they haven't found this problem , I hope it doesn't happen to other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com problema (suspensão)parecido com o comentário abaixo, porém o carro já saiu com problema dessa concessionária que segundo eles fizeram uma "revisão" na qual nem ao menos trocam um filtro de ar, não colocam etiqueta de troca de óleo a qual eles dizem ter feito, o carro nem saiu com as porcas originais e nem isso eles viram para ter uma noção da revisão deles. Fiz uma viagem de SP para Campinas e retornei com o carro, aí fica o questionamento e se furar um pneu como iria trocar? Se a chave que estava no carro não serve nas porcas. Resumo não indico a ninguém.
I'm having a problem (suspension) similar to the comment below, but the car already left this dealership with a problem that according to them did a "review" in which they don't even change an air filter, they don't put an oil change label to which they they say they did, the car didn't even come out with the original nuts and they didn't even see it to get a sense of their review. I made a trip from SP to Campinas and returned with the car, so the question remains and if I punctured a tire, how would I change it? If the key that was in the car doesn't fit the nuts. Summary I do not recommend to anyone.
