★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local sujo, não tinha ninguém para nos Recepcionar, colocaram agente em um apartamento sujo banheiro nojento, um cheiro de tinta forte que eu fiquei passando mau pois tenho bronquite alérgica, péssima experiência nesse lugar odiei minha família fiquei insatisfeita, não recomendo a ninguém, se podece pegava meu dinheiro de volta porque não vale oque eu paguei não aff estou muito chateada ?
Dirty place, there was no one to receive us, they put us in a dirty apartment, disgusting bathroom, a strong paint smell that I was feeling bad because I have allergic bronchitis, bad experience in this place, I hated my family, I was dissatisfied, I don't recommend it to anyone, if podece took my money back because it's not worth what i paid no aff i'm very upset ?

It was a very good experience, I intend to return. The receptionist is very attentive, and the warehouse in front of them, which helps a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pousada simples mas bem aconchegante..perto de mercado, padaria, lanchonete, tudo..e perto principalmente da melhor praia de Ubatuba: a Praia Grande..tanto o Davi quanto o Fernando foram muito atenciosos, educados e prestaram uma recepção e um atendimento excelente.. parabéns a todos da Praia Grande Flats..me hospedarei lá mais vezes..?????
A simple but very cozy inn..close to the market, bakery, snack bar, everything..and especially close to the best beach in Ubatuba: Praia Grande..both Davi and Fernando were very attentive, polite and provided a reception and a excellent service.. congratulations to everyone from Praia Grande Flats..I will stay there more often..?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local estava limpo e organizado, perto da praia, mais infelizmente falta alguns ajustes administrativos, como horários para utizar a piscina e áreas comuns.
Era impossível dormir, Hóspedes as 2h00 da manhã gritando pelos corredores e pulando na piscina.
Acredito que alguns ajustes e regras são necessários para o local .
Ficamos exaustos pois ficamos 3 noites sem dormir direito e no último dia tivemos que viajar cansados por mais de 08 horas.
Place was clean and organized, close to the beach, but unfortunately it lacks some administrative adjustments, such as times to use the pool and common areas.
It was impossible to sleep, Guests at 2:00 am screaming through the hallways and jumping into the pool.
I believe some tweaks and rules are needed for the location.
We were exhausted because we didn't sleep properly for 3 nights and on the last day we had to travel tired for more than 8 hours.
