★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro ração na loja, sempre fui bem atendida pelos funcionários. Mas tem uma funcionária jovem ( loira), não sei o nome dela, ela fica no caixa. Meu Deus parece um fardo pra ela estar na loja, não dá um bom dia, pega a máquina de cartão e vira para o cliente, como se estivéssemos implorando algum favor a ela. Estou decidida a não comprar mais na loja, caso isso ocorra da próxima vez. Não precisa dar gargalhada para o cliente, mas é necessário ao menos ser cordial. Se não está satisfeita com o trabalho é muito simples, procura outra coisa que á faça feliz.
I buy food at the store, I have always been well served by the employees. But there is a young employee (blonde), I don't know her name, she stays at the checkout. My God it seems like a burden for her to be in the store, it doesn't give her a good day, she picks up the card machine and turns to the customer, as if we were begging her for a favor. I am determined not to buy any more from the store if that happens next time. There is no need to laugh for the customer, but it is necessary at least to be cordial. If you are not satisfied with the work it is very simple, look for something else that will make you happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a cachorra do meu sogro em trabalho de parto para avaliação, pois aparentemente o fillhote estava intalado no canal. Ao chegar ao veterinário, o mesmo disse "realmente, está intalado. Mas eu não posso dizer mais nada antes de você abrir a ficha e pagar a consulta. E vai demorar um pouco porque agora estou ocupado." Sai dali e fui em outro veterinário onde fui prontamente atendido. Infelizmente, o filhote que estava intalado não resistiu.
I took my father-in-law's dog in labor for evaluation, because apparently the puppy was installed in the canal. When he got to the vet, he said, "It really is installed. But I can't say anything else until you open the file and pay for the appointment. And it's going to take a while because I'm busy now." I left there and went to another veterinarian where I was promptly attended. Unfortunately, the pup that was installed didn't resist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO-Meu funcionário levou minha cachorra atropelada e a funcionária disse que só iniciaria os procedimentos depois do pagamento. Fiz o pagto total inclusive da internação e no dia seguinte o animal veio a falecer. Simplesmente a mesma moça da cobrança informou que o bicho morreu. Nem o dono da clínica,nem o veterinário teve o cuidado de falar comigo. Se o maior interesse dessa " clínica" é dinheiro, deveriam abrir um BANCO, não cuidar de animais que tanto estimamos. Gente da pior espécie.
TERRIBLE-My employee took my dog run over and the employee said that she would only start the procedures after payment. I made the full payment including hospitalization and the next day the animal died. Simply the same girl from the collection informed that the animal died. Neither the clinic owner nor the veterinarian took care to speak to me. If the greatest interest of this "clinic" is money, they should open a BANK, not take care of animals that we love so much. People of the worst kind.
