★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro prata nessa loja faz bastante tempo, era o local onde vendia prata mais barata da cidade, mas agora o preço ficou mais salgado, um cordão simples que antes você comprava até 20 reais, agora foi para quase 50 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei muito nessa loja mas a partir hoje não compro mais nada. Comprei uma pulseira tipo PANDORA a menos de 3 meses e uso eventualmente, ontem ela simplesmente partiu próximo ao fecho. Fiz contato com a vendedora que me informou que a garantia não cobre mau uso e que teria que pagar $10,00 pela solda. Já não é o primeiro produto que compro e acontece isso com pouco tempo de uso, o que me faz acreditar na qualidade dos produtos, mas minha maior indignação é que compro bastante na loja e entendi que CLIENTE É BOM QUANDO COMPRA.
Não volto mais lá e venho aqui registar minha indignação !!!!
I always bought a lot at this store but as of today I won't buy anything anymore. I bought a PANDORA bracelet less than 3 months ago and I wear it occasionally, yesterday it just broke close to the clasp. I contacted the seller who informed me that the warranty does not cover misuse and that I would have to pay $10.00 for the soldering. It is no longer the first product I buy and it happens with little time of use, which makes me believe in the quality of the products, but my biggest indignation is that I buy a lot at the store and I understand that the CUSTOMER IS GOOD WHEN SHOPPING.
I'm not going back there and I come here to register my indignation !!!!
