The seller didn't even look at me when I said it was exchange. I even wanted a set to match what I changed but gave up. Poor service

Subi na starbucks, coloquei ele com as "duas travas"que não travam ... chegando na americanas, cade o bracelete ? caiu do braço .... Assim mesmo ... usei nem 20 min
What a disappointment, I just bought a bracelet, I asked the salesperson about the clasp and she told me it was a double lock, ok, I believed it.
I went up to starbucks, I put it with the "two locks" that don't lock ... arriving at the American ones, where's the bracelet? fell off my arm .... Just like that ... I didn't even use 20 min

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha última experiência não foi nada legal. Os produtos continuam com ótima qualidade, mas os valores estão altos e o último atendimento foi muito desconcertante. Senti muito mal no local , onde comprava bastante , e no momento não tenho vontade de voltar.
Unfortunately my last experience was anything but great. The products are still of excellent quality, but the prices are high and the last service was very disconcerting. I felt really bad at the place, where I bought a lot, and at the moment I don't feel like going back.

Só tive um problema na P e P do Carioca Shopping, mas a maioria das vendedoras das demais lojas, são super pacientes e agradáveis, com a clientela.
