★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre almoço ou janto no Batata Inglesa ,mas por duas vezes fui mal atendida ,na primeira deixei passar, mas hoje foi demais ..
Fui por volta das 18 h para jantar ,ao chegar tinha uma moça no balcão e perguntei se tinha Camarão ao creme, ela não me olhou e foi bastante grossa, e respondeu ..não temos ,então perguntei pelo cardápio, ela nem respondeu, perguntei o que tem ?
Ela respirou e respondeu ..batata e strogonoff...
Agradeci o atendimento e me retirei,pois a mesma não estava disposta a atender....
Penso que para trabalhar com o público a pessoa precisa ter educação e atender bem..
O Batata Inglesa muito mal representado, fui comer no Spoletto e fui muito bem atendida..
Vcs precisam treinar melhor seus funcionários.
I always have lunch or dinner at Batata Inglesa, but twice I was poorly served, the first time I let it go, but today it was awesome..
I went around 18:00 for dinner, when I arrived there was a girl at the counter and I asked if there was Shrimp in cream, she didn't look at me and it was quite thick, and she replied .. we don't have it, so I asked for the menu, she didn't even answer, I asked what have ?
She took a breath and replied ..potato and stroganoff...
I thanked the service and withdrew, because she was not willing to answer....
I think that to work with the public, a person needs to be educated and serve well..
The British Potato very poorly represented, I went to eat at Spoletto and was very well attended..
You need to train your employees better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma batata inglesa com estrogonofe de carne. Não veio carne no estrogonofe. Dá pra contar quantos pedacinhos de carne veio. E são 10 pedacinhos. O estrogonofe não tinha o molho característico de um estrogonofe. Pelo preço não justifica a economia na carne. Era pra ser um almoço, era pra eu me sentir satisfeita. Mas almocei, e estou com fome.
Sempre compro batata inglesa, mas sempre peço na loja do norte shopping. Hoje pedi no shopping Tijuca porque a entrega do norte shopping era demorada. Se eu soubesse tinha pedido no norte shopping que é de fato uma batata inglesa bem servida, justificando o preço e o estrogonofe é muito gostoso.
I ordered an English potato with beef stroganoff. There was no meat in the stroganoff. You can count how many pieces of meat came. And there are 10 pieces. The stroganoff did not have the characteristic sauce of a stroganoff. For the price, it doesn't justify the economy in meat. It was supposed to be lunch, it was supposed to make me feel satisfied. But I had lunch, and I'm hungry.
I always buy English potatoes, but I always order them at the northern mall store. Today I ordered at the Tijuca mall because the delivery from the north mall was delayed. If I had known, I would have ordered it at the Norte mall, which is in fact a well-served English potato, justifying the price and the stroganoff is very tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promete muito e entrega pouco. Pedi uma batata assada com recheio de costela com bbq. A batata, além de estar fria, era menor do que o padrão ao qual estou acostumado nesse tipo de restaurante. Os ingredientes estavam muito mal distribuídos. Por exemplo, a manteiga não estava devidamente esparramada no fundo da batata, provavelmente a temperatura dela não ajudou, ficou uma colherada lá embaixo. O recheio principal também não me agradou muito... era a carne de costela desfiada, mas estava toda embolada. Estava difícil de comer, ainda mais com a colherzinha chinfrim que eles dão. Você vê aquele anúncio de algo super apetitoso e parece que te entregam um desses pacotes de comida congelada do mercado... Não pretendo retornar.
Promises a lot and delivers little. I ordered a baked potato with rib filling with bbq. The potato, in addition to being cold, was smaller than the standard I'm used to in this type of restaurant. The ingredients were very poorly distributed. For example, the butter wasn't evenly spread on the bottom of the potato, probably its temperature didn't help, it was a spoonful at the bottom. I didn't like the main filling either... it was the shredded rib meat, but it was all tangled up. It was difficult to eat, especially with the flimsy little spoon they give. You see that ad for something super appetizing and it looks like you're being handed one of those packages of frozen food from the market... I don't plan on returning.
