Internet of great quality, it only leaves something to be desired in the installation service, they left broken tiles and the Internet cable was loose on the wall of the unfinished room. I had to put a channel in the corner of the wall to hide the wire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a PrataNet anteriormente e nunca tivemos problemas, porém por necessidade de fibra ótica que no momento não estava disponível para nosso bairro mudamos para outra. Assim que foi colocado a fibra ótica e por lembrar do seu funcionamento sempre bom, pedi ao meu marido para mudar novamente para a PrataNet. Gostaria de não ter feito tal coisa, pois agora quando não trava tudo, cai regularmente. Se antes com a outra não estava aquelas coisas, agora com PrataNet piorou muito. Arrependida.
I had PrataNet before and we never had any problems, but due to the need for fiber optics, which at the moment was not available in our neighborhood, we changed to another one. As soon as the optical fiber was installed and remembering its always good operation, I asked my husband to switch to PrataNet again. I wish I hadn't done such a thing, because now when it doesn't crash everything it crashes regularly. If before with the other it wasn't those things, now with PrataNet it got much worse. sorry.
